Successful Moksh Dham fundraising gala in Bensenville, Ill.

A fundraising gala was held recently hosted by Moksh Dham at Manav Seva Sanatan Hindu Temple in Bensenville, Illinois.

It attracted more than 300 supporters, well-wishers, and community leaders, and an amount of $22,000 was raised at the event according to organizers.

One of the highlights of the event was the staging of a play “Parnelani Puchhadi Vanki” an uproarious three-act comedy that filled the venue with laughter and applause.

Moksh Dham’s mission, beyond the entertainment, was to raise awareness about its ongoing initiatives and its commitment to preserving culture, providing spiritual guidance, and offering essential social services.

President Dr. Rashmi Patel, in her speech, emphasized the importance of unity, faith, and continued community support to ensure Moksh Dham’s mission thrives.

In an interactive Q&A session, attendees engaged in an open dialogue.

The donation drive was led by Ramesh Punater, Nitin Patel, and Dr. Rashmi Patel, and their heartfelt appeals encouraged attendees to contribute generously, ensuring that Moksh Dham continues to expand its services and reach more people in need, the press release said.

Dr. Rashmi Patel thanked all donors, attendees, and organizers. Special recognition was given to the national level promoter Raju Shah and his team, which helped make the event successful.

Organizers believe that the Moksh Dham project is poised to succeed, and that it is more than just a place of worship—it is a sanctuary of peace, tradition, and unwavering devotion.

Beyond its spiritual role, the institution is committed to social welfare, supporting those in need, fostering educational initiatives, and strengthening the moral fabric of society, the press release said.
