Shiva Rajkumar’s and Upendra’s pan-India film 45 unveils teaser in Mumbai

The teaser of the pan-India film 45 was released recently in Mumbai. The event witnessed the presence of megastars Dr. Shiva Rajkumar and Upendra (Rao), debutant director and renowned music composer Arjun Janya, and producers Smt. Uma Ramesh Reddy and M. Ramesh Reddy.

45 “promises to redefine cinematic storytelling with its high-octane, action-fantasy narrative and stellar star cast” states a press release. The film is set to release in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam on August 15.

The film’s scale, visual effects and ensemble cast received massive applause with its story of fate, rebellion and redemption. Directed by music maestro Arjun Janya, the film blends action, emotion and a deep philosophical twist. When the mysterious number 45 enters the lives of the protagonists, nothing stays the same.

Speaking at the event, Janya, making his writing and directorial debut, said, “45 is not just a film. It’s an emotion, a dream come true. It brings together icons of our industry and is designed to resonate with every Indian. I have composed music for countless films, but directing a vision of this magnitude has been a deeply personal and transformative journey.”

Dr. Shivarajkumar, who leads the cast, added, “When I heard the story, I knew I had to be a part of it. 45 has a rare energy and cinematic vision that will connect with audiences across the country. It’s a powerful story that will leave a lasting impression.”

Upendra said, “This film is larger than life in every sense. It combines fantasy, action and emotion with cutting-edge visuals and a gripping narrative. I’m proud to be a part of such a unique cinematic venture.”

Producer M. Ramesh Reddy of Suraj Productions commented, “Suraj Productions has always believed in backing content that breaks boundaries. With 45, we aim to deliver a visual spectacle and an unforgettable story that resonates pan-India. The teaser is just a glimpse of what lies ahead.”

Anil Kumar writes the dialogues, and Jisshu Sengupta, Rangayana Raghu and Kaustubha Mani are also in the cast.
