Rajkummar Rao is winning hearts with some mushy pictures of wife Patralekhaa and him honeymooning. Amidst his honeymoon break, Rajkummar promoted his upcoming film HIT: The First Case.

The actor arrived in Mumbai after traveling 22 hours to be part of the grand event, only to journey back to his holiday later in the night. The actor shared, “It was important for me to take a holiday after such a long pandemic, as I couldn’t take one after my marriage. I landed this morning at 9 am and I will be flying back tonight. The trailer launch of this film is very special to me and Sailesh Kolanu is an excellent filmmaker.”

He added, “His original HIT was one of my favorites. And it was fun shooting with Sanya (Malhotra), and my producers Bhushan Kumar-sir, Dil Raju-sir and Kuldeep-sir. So, when the team informed me that they were planning to launch the trailer and I might have to come for a day to attend it, I did not even think for a second before because this is a film I am proud of. This film presents me in a very different avatar and it also is a great investigative thriller, because there are hardly any such films and a good movie in this genre is absolutely rare.”

Rajkummar has gathered eyeballs for his serious look in the trailer. The film is about Vikram, a cop fighting his inner battles while solving a case of a missing woman.
