Multiple blasts, blackout in Jammu city in Indian Kashmir – Reuters Witness

JAMMU, India (Reuters) – Multiple blasts were heard in Jammu city in Indian Kashmir for the second day on Friday, and projectiles seen in the night sky after a blackout, two Reuters witnesses said.
