Engineers of Indian origin to host global summit, annual gala in Illinois

The Chicago-based American Association of Engineers of Indian Origin will hold its annual gala Sept. 17, 2022, the highlight of which is the U.S- India Global summit .

The event will be held at the Oak Brook Marriott, a press release from AAEIO said.

Leaders of AAEIO, President Gladson Varghese, Chairman of the Summit and Gala Deepak Kant Vyas. Co-Chairman of the Summit and Gala Promod Vohra, said this summit will be very unique and informative.

This summit and gala aim at enabling networking with representatives and owners of businesses including Fortune 500 CEOs and technocrats, government officials, faculty of various universities, political leaders and diplomats from U.S. and India.

Separate sessions for engineering students, start-up company entrepreneurs, economic development, innovation and latest technology.

“This summit will bring innovative ideas for new entrepreneurs to grow their business using new technology, new strategy and attract new customers,” organizers said in the press release.

The evening gala will be a Black-Tie event with business networking, entertainment, award ceremony, music, DJ and dinner.

A steering committee and various subcommittees are engaged in planning the event to which the AAEIO Board has invited the “entire Indian Diaspora in North America” to attend.
