The Asian Indian Chamber of Commerce (AICC) held their first networking event for new members on Wednesday, January 23, at Ember Restaurant in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

The event was well-attended by executives, business owners and prominent community leaders from all parts of New Jersey.

The keynote speaker for the night was Gerri Burns, an Independent Associate, Gold Executive Director and NJ Group Trainer at LegalShield, a 40-year-old privately owned company, which gives its clients the ability to speak with top rated law firms across the country with regards to all legal matters.

This year will mark the 25th year of AICC and to celebrate, they will be providing a special membership drive during the first three months of the year and will offer free entry to each upcoming networking night until June 2019 to new members.

AICC president Priti Pandya-Patel described herself to be “excited with this announcement for special membership drive” and hopes this will bring on board many new members to the organization.

AICC will be holding free networking nights for new members on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at different venues across the state, for the next six months.

A Silver Jubilee gala is to be held later in the year, as well.
